"... nor shall any person ... be deprived of ... property,
without due process of law." U.S. Constitution, Fifth Amendment
Inauguration Without Due Process Is Void Legal actions on elective
office are like liens on physical property. The title is not clear until
the legal claims, or liens, have been satisfied. Numerous legal actions
on the 2004 election, in the form of recounts, contests and lawsuits,
have been filed in several states. When some of these are appealed to
the U.S. Supreme Court, the five conservative Justices who stopped the
counting of votes in Florida, 2000 - in violation of the Voting Rights
Law - may not hear these cases because of their conflict of interest.
They can still be indicted for their unlawful action on behalf of George
Bush. What the news media tell the country is often accepted as reality.
It is vital that the media understand that the American people know that
inauguration or installation into office, until legal action has been
finalized, is legally null and void. Message: INAUGURATION WITHOUT DUE
PROCESS IS VOID
